Step-By-Step Guide
Step 1
No login or registration required. View our list of available tour packages and accommodations. When you have selected the packages or accommodations you like, just click on the “Submit Enquiry” or “Add to Cart” button displayed on all tour packages or hotel details. Feel free to make enquiries, we will be happy to assist!
Step 2
Your booking will be shown in the Shopping cart on the sidebar. If you want to add more hotel / tour / packages, you may click on the “Click Here to Continue Shopping!” button. Some tour packages would have a drop-down option for you to choose from.
If you want to proceed your booking, you may click on the “Submit Booking” button. You will be asked for your contact information and payment method. For some tour packages like Mount Kinabalu Climb, you may just click on “Submit Enquiry” or send it directly to inbound@perfectholidaysborneo.com.
Step 3
We will confirm the availability of your reservation (usually within 24-48 hours during Malaysian business day).
Step 4
Upon confirmation of availability, based on the payment option you have selected, a payment advice will provided. Upon confirmation of payment from our Bank or Credit Card Service Provider, a receipt & final itinerary will be emailed to you.
If we require further confirmation from you, an email with subject “Regarding your booking (xxxxxx)” will be send to you. Kindly give us a reply. Please also check your spam mail box.
We recommend you to print out the Reservation Receipt but it is not necessary. Just in case, you might need it to contact us.
