The park is a combination of a zoo and a botanical garden. Sprawled over 280 acres of land, animals can be seen roaming wild within their enclosure.
There are over 88 animals in the park including the Sumatran rhino, Proboscis monkey, Malayan tigers, Orang Utan and Borneo Pygmy Elephants.
There is a botanical garden at one end of the park that takes visitors along a 1.4km nature trail hike.
This trail hike provides plenty of opportunities to examine some rare plant species.
