1. All tours are required to have a minimum of two (2) persons to go. Price rates shown are applicable for Malaysians.
2. For Non-Malaysian: Additional surcharge fee of MYR20 per person at Sabah national and marine parks (eg. Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park Twin Islands, Mount Kinabalu Day Tour).
3. Cancellation and refund policies apply in case of inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are limited to the following:
a. Bad weather conditions.
b. Unforeseen circumstances (eg. Padas Train cancelled, Landslide, Politicians events and etc).
c. Physical discomfort (must be certified by a doctor).
4. Price shown above is for City Area hotel only. Outskirts hotel will be charged an additional fee of MYR25 per person (eg. Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort / Nexus Karambunai).
5. Our transportation is based on Seat–In–Coach (SIC) basis. Guests are advised to wait at the designated place before the designated departure time.
6. Our transportation will stay at the designated location for 5minutes only. Company reserve the rights to deem any guest show up later than 5minutes as forfeiting the booking by default.
7. No refunds will be entertained for the booking deemed as forfeited.
8. The price shown is only valid from 01 OCTOBER 2022 – 31 MARCH 2023.
9. Surcharge will be apply during Chinese New Year Period.
10. Company reserves the rights to make changes to the T&C without prior notice.
