How to Make a Reservation?
Step-By-Step Guide



Step 1: Choose a Hotel / Package / Tour

  1. Simply visit and book in relevant pages, no login or registration required.



Step 2: Add to Cart

  1. Click on the -Please Select- dropdown button and choose which room/tours/packages you would like to book.
  2. Provide your check-in and check-out dates, how many room/tours/packages you want to book in "Qty"; and how many people in "Pax".
  3. Click on "Check Rates" button.



  4. Click on the "Next" button.



  5. Fill in the Traveller's Information form, then click on the "Next" button.
  6. If you have any health issues, handicap, meal issues (vegetarian, halal), pregnant and other information we should know about; please fill in the "Remarks" text area.
  7. Click on the "Add to Cart" button.



Step 3: Provide Name & Contact Details

  1. Your booking will be shown in the Shopping cart on the sidebar.
  2. Please provide "Name", "Email", "Phone Number", and "Number of Travellers".
  3. You may change the currency displayed by choosing between "HKD", "RMB" or "TWD".
  4. If you want to add more hotel / tour / packages, you may click on the "Click Here to Continue Shopping!" button.
  5. If you want to proceed your booking, you may click on the "Submit Booking" button.



Step 4: Submit Booking

  1. Click on the "Submit Booking" button.
  2. We will handle your booking immediately once you have submit it.


Step 5: We check the availability

  1. In general, your booking will soon be confirmed within a few hours or even several days if we need to check the availability of some specific tours / hotels.
  2. We will reply all reservations / enquiries within 24 hours during working days.
  3. If your further confirmation is required, an email with subject "Regarding your booking (xxxxxx)" will be send to you. Kindly give us a reply.


Step 6: Payment

  1. For the payment, please follow the instruction inside the email for payment details and methods.
  2. As proof of payment, please attach a "Bank Deposit Slip" or "Proof of Payment" file into the email.
  3. We will check your payment immediately once you have submit it.


Step 7: Confirm your booking by email

  1. An email with subject "Booking Confirmation - xxxxxx will be send to you once the booking is confirmed.
  2. Please check again your booking, especially the Remark item. Please download the Reservation Receipt in email attachement for your perusal reference.
  3. We recommend you to print out the Reservation Receipt but not necessary, just in case you might need it to contact us.
